Point is, star wars stole pretty much every story element. Or The Mists of Avalon, told from the female perspective. I mean to anyone who's read Le Morte D'Artur en francais, or the other books such as The Winter King (I highly recommend this, excellent book). I mean the -real- legend, not the hollywood bastardized stuff. Many of the characters can be directly related to characters from the legend of Arthur. Actually to be more specific, SW is ripped from the Arthurian Legend style of epic writing. Gameplay is lagged and with camera problemsĮverything is ripped from SW. However in Aselia, there are Elf, Drawf, Mana, Yggdrasill, Derris Kharlan, Summon Spirits etc. For instance, there are a lot of islands with names from various Tales game in the "Voyage Map" (the one in menu that lets you salvage items, I forgot the name)įurthermore, the Glenwood timeline has Seraphim, Hellions, Malevolence, Empyreans etc. This is because we can see tons of other Reference throughout the game referencing to other Tales games. If Aselia is indeed the same world with Glenwood, then the rest of the Tales games will be in the world as well. It is pretty obvious that the Gleenwood and the Aselia worlds functions very differently in the fundamental level. Many people thought what Eizen said was canon, but I am 99% certain it is more of a reference/fan service/Easter egg. Maybe they changed it with the time ^^ No, wrong.
